Required Change

Take a small project management software development firm with a great product and turn them into a national contender. With aggressive sales objectives we needed to raise awareness of this new contender in a “me too” market to ultimately become the software of choice.

Solution

Developing a marketing communication strategy led us to identify a feature that truly differentiated the product. This easily translated into a benefit to the customer that set Pimarc apart. Subsequently, a cohesive image and message was developed and incorporated in all the new marketing materials.

Results

Pimarc has been, and continues to be, a wonderful success story. We'd love to take all the credit, but Pat is one of the hardest working clients we have.

Pimarc definitely got noticed at all the tradeshows. The pipeline is filling up - interest and demos have increased significantly - and sales objectives are well on their way to being met. A major feat is gaining customers in Western Canada, which was previously dominated by another software provider. Oh and Pat has hired another sales person, so he doesn't have to do it all himself…..
